Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase from loccitaneflashsale.com . If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact. Products that have been gently tested for scent or texture are still eligible for return, as long as they are not significantly used or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it is eligible for return regardless of condition.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, email our support team at support@loccitaneflashsale.com  with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to package and send your item. No prior authorization is required to initiate a return.

Return Shipping

All returns on loccitaneflashsale.com  are completely free. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns, so you never have to pay out of pocket to send an item back. Simply attach the label to your securely packaged return and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care items such as single-use masks, intimate care products, and customized gift sets are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Digital products, such as e-gift cards, are also non-returnable.
